Fiordland Coastal Walks
The Fiordland Coast

Fiordland Coast Walks offer multi-night guided walks along New Zealand’s longest stretch of walkable wilderness coastline. This is one of our most remote and forgotten areas.

The 175 kilometres of walks lie entirely within the Fiordland National Park and the South-West New Zealand World Heritage Area, Te Wahipounamu. They include the remote Cascade Plateau and the renowned Haast - Hollyford route.

Its isolation and difficulty of access has meant that the coastline’s raw and wild beauty has remained unchanged since pre-human times.

It is like no other place.

Its pounding surf and quiet coves; empty sandy beaches and boulder-strewn shores; its meeting of marine and land environments; its silence and power will leave you spellbound.

This, together with our small group sizes, scenic helicopter flights and limited gear carrying requirements, takes our walks to the top end of walking experiences in New Zealand.

Let us take your mind, body and soul to the places time forgot.
